Angela Gossow grew up in Cologne with three other siblings. Her parents divorced when she turned 17. Their company's bankruptcy led to more financial troubles. Being bipolar and anorexic was a further cause of the problems she was facing. Gossow has stated that there's an appropriate time and location to do everything when it comes to her decision of stepping down from ARCH ENEMY as its vocalist. When I started, it was in 1991. Alissa White-Gluz (/@'li:s@'glz(born 31 July 1985) is a Canadian singer who is best known for her role as the lead vocalist of the Swedish rock group melodic death metal Arch Enemy and former lead vocalist as well as a founding member of the Canadian metalcore group the Agonist. Arch Enemy's various chapters deserve respect, and founding guitarist Michael Amott did us a favor by choosing three of his favorite songs of each vocalist.
