Adelaide Clemens
Brisbane, Australia is my birthplace and where I was brought up. The daughter of an British father. Clemens started working as a host on Australian television when she was still at high school. In 2006, she appeared as Juliet in the episode Blue Water High and in 2007, she starred as Alison in Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji. Clemens was the lead character Harper that year in Showtime's Love My Way drama was nominated by the Logie Awards as the Graham Kennedy Award winner for Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens appeared in Dream Life, a 2008 MTV Networks Australia drama film which featured Sigrid Thonton Xavier Sam Linda Cropper and Andrew McFarlane. She also had minor parts as a character in All Saints in 2009 and X-Men Origins Wolverine. In 2009, she was Jan Logan's face jewelry. Clemens moved to Los Angeles California. Clemens was on screen in the role of Xandrie (Wasted on the Young) in the film Wasted on the Young. Clemens co-starred with Gregg Sulkin in Camilla Dickinson as well as Cary Elwes, Samantha Mathis and Cary Elwes. This drama is an adaptation from the 1951 novel by Madeleine L'Engle, a young adult novelist. The film Silent Hill: Revelation 3D she played a teenager Heather Mason. The film's horror plot is based upon Silent Hill 3, a Survival horror game. The film was also the sequel to Silent Hill. Clemens played the role of Valentine Wannop, a suffragette in Parade's End. Clemens made her film debut in the 2012 horror film No One Lives with Luke Evans. The actress also starred as a character in The Great Gatsby (2013) the film that was inspired by F. Scott Fitzgerald's book with the same title. Catherine Wilson was Isla's mother. Clemens plays the role in Rectify 2013 a tv miniseries directed by Ray McKinnon. She plays Tawney Telbot.
